Anal, his first name was Anal. I helped him through his transaction with a straight face and nothing but respect, by the time we were at the end my eyes were tearing up it was so hard not to laugh.
So tonight I was hanging with my usual Wednesday night group and Neil was telling a rather deep story that related to a point we'd been discussing and I completely fucked the entire moment. It was awesome. A small excerpt.

Neil: "so the 15 year old daughter is at home when this guy breaks in to rob the place and he ties her up and is actually giving her advice on how to dissuade home invasions, which is interesting. But then he asks her for sex and she tell him 'you'd have to kill me first.' So he does and then...you know, necrophilia."

Me: "Ah, the best kind of philia."

Pretty much everyone: "Hahn...wtf."

I was very pleased with myself and the all around reaction I received.

Just finished my first date with a cool chick. It started at 2pm yesterday and it is now 9pm. A 31 hour date is definitely a record for me, let alone a first date. Though we were asleep for about 10 hours or so. We went gun shopping, had philly cheesesteaks, watched Godzilla: Final Wars, Suicide Club, 2LDK, Predator, and Beerfest, and did other stuff you'd expect on a date. We also got pretty drunk, smoked about a gram of Salvia(that's a lot), and discovered that Leningrad is GREAT stoner music.

    <lj:music>Avantasia - Lost in Space</lj:music>

So I've been experimenting with Salvia Divinorum which is a hallucinagenic plant that has yet to be illegalized federally. It's of course only a matter of time given the Pharamaceutical companies can't monopolise it probably in a cost effective manner. But anyway, it's really nice. I never feel sick to my stomach the way weed makes me feel. It even leaves me with a mild euphoria for about 30 minutes after I smoke it. It's always a very brief but intense high that is full of a strange hallucination that you can kind of control. My major trips have had some intersting stuff in them, here's a short catalogue.

1. Became convinced that I was a giant fist and that I could crush anything, but somehow even though I was the fist, I was crushing myself. But not in a bad way cuz I didn't freak out.

2. Feeling of falling backwards through space infinitely. Began seeing red and yellowish tesselation that sort of began to cover everything and I then became convinced that Bob and Tim were made of plastic. I told them this, but assured them it was OK. Cuz I was made of plastic too.

3. Was hanging out on a porch with some friends at a party. This is my first trip while standing and it produced very different effects. I didn't hallucinate as much as I just thought that for some reason I had become insanely tall and was in fact a Giraffe. I grabbed hold of the girl next to me who was piss drunk cuz I didn't want her to fall down to the ground. What with her being head level to me, and me being a giraffe, that would have been a nasty fall. That one degenerated into me crawling on the floor. but I think the booze mostly was responsible for that.

4. This one is milder, I didn't really change into anything though my head was the shape of a scotch tape dispenser briefly. But then I imagined a chinese restaurant made out of legs, it looked pretty cool. Also had a brief fantasy of some kind involving the chinese owner's daughter. Nothing sexual, I think she and I were just supposed to be dating.

Anyway, that's been my general experience with Salvia. While the initial trip involving all the craziness is really cool, I really love the blissful afterglow. I've been considering getting a plant to grow myself. You don't get the super intense high from regular leaves as you do the concentrated extracts. But I would like to have my own supply just for the afterglow.

<lj:music>Alice in Chains - Queen of the Rodeo</lj:music>

I just finished watching the film "Death of a President." I wasn't sure what I expected from it given my only major source of exposure to the existence of the film was Bill O'Reilly blasting it and demanding the creators of the film be held for treason or something of that nature. I don't remember exactly what he said as I heard it slightly over a year ago. But anyway, the film itself was very good. I don't say that because I want to see films about the president getting whacked, but because I feel that the film presented a very realistic chain of events following the hypothetical assassination of the president. The film plays out like a documentary and for the most part actually seems to straddle the unbiased middle line of pure information. As SHOULD be done with a documentary but never does. Overall it's just a well made film that makes you think, a lot. Which is a good thing. So if you ever get a chance to see it, I'd say please do. There's certainly much worse things you could be doing with your time.

    <lj:music>Priestess - Two Kids</lj:music>

So my new apartment is next to an Arco station and I get to see lots of hobos milling around. The thing that's really strange is there's a payphone next to the Arco in its parking lot and they all hang around it and even make calls. Obviously they wouldn't have cellphones, I mean, they're hobos. A thought occurred to me though, who are they calling? Other hobos? Do they memorize the numbers of other payphones in other Arco parking lots? Seems like a lot of wasted effort to me. They should all just gather in one place and save what little money they have instead of making calls. Maybe collectively buy a latte or a bottle of vodka to share. Of course while they're all sharing Hobo Frank will take too big of a swig and piss off Hobo Gene. Gene, having always disliked Frank, decided to get in his face about the matter. The argument escalated too fast though, and Gene stabbed Frank. Over the matter of 4 fluid ounces of cheap potato vodka. When the cops showed up nobody ratted out Gene, hobo code and all that. They even went as far to say that Frank stabbed himself in a fit of drunken depression. The police had seen this too many times not to believe it. At least twice a week they get a call about some hobo who stabbed himself in an Arco parking. Always in an Arco parking lot too, probably some kind of ritual suicide. In conclusion, these damned hobo cults must be stopped before they get tired of killing themselves and decide to up the ante.

*this rambling brought to you by a two minute random thought string while I was taking a piss. hope you enjoyed it.*

I just had to outlast him and get 3 power ups to throw at him simultaneously during a difficult part. worked like a fucking charm.
